Welcome to the web-based Decision Support System (DSS) for selecting municipal waste operators in the construction industry (the "Service"). The Service is provided by Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RMUTP), located at 399 Samsen Road, Vachira Phayaban, Bangkok , TH, Bangkok Thailand By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. The Service is a web-based Decision Support System designed to assist users in selecting municipal waste operators based on sustainability criteria. The Service integrates the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine the relative importance of various criteria and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to the Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) to rank operators.

The Service is intended for use by professionals and organizations in the construction industry to facilitate sustainable waste management decisions. You may use the Service for its intended purpose only and agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works of the Service.
